Hi list,
Well, I weighed in and measured today for the first time since the end of may when I started. I really didn't expect to see anything as I have not been real consistent. Still organizing my time. Anyway, I started at a weight of 201 3/4. I am pleased to report that I am down to 198! I have also lost 3" on my waist and 1" on my mid-drift, an inch on my hips as well. I was shocked!!!! Can't imagine what it could be if I would have been able to do this everyday. Of course this is all I needed to see to make that daily routine a reality!!!!! Just had to share. I know I have a longways to go,but this is so great!!! Pa |

That is great Pam!!! Congratulations! Now that you have incentive, I'm sure it will be even easier to do that Oxycise!
