After 6 weeks of oxycis @ level 1, I have lost 4 pound--194 to 190, and the following change in measurements since I started 6 weeks ago:
chest: -1.5" waist: -2" belly-button -4" (hard to believe that, isn't it?) Hips -1.5" Thigh -1" Sam  |
