I thought I'd better put in what I started with, then next week I'll have something to compare it with.Chest 41
Waist 43.5 Hips 47 Leg 27 Good grief! am I a pear or what? I am really thinking that posting htis will help with my consistancy... The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it. --John Ruskin American writer (1819-1900) |

One thing I started doing to help me remain consistent was to make a game plan and stick to it. I decided that I was going to do Oxycise once a day from Dec 1st through Dec 25th. Everyday I wrote down in a little journal of sorts what I did and how I felt. I also post on the board here stating that I did the workout.
I've also told everyone I know what I'm doing and they ASK me how I'm doing. I'm accountable to myself and I've got other people holding me to it. Tracey |

7th wonder, you are so brave and empowered to post your measurements here! I know you will see results very quickly.
Tracey, I also am proud of you for letting others support you in your exercise. I, on the other hand, have decided to do the Oxycise in secret (well, except for the people who read these boards, LOL) because if I share what I'm doing with my husband he will most likely say "That's nice" and assume it's something else I'm going to quit on in six weeks or less. So I'm going to rely on my cyberpals as my main source of support for now. The plan is, when he notices how much weight I'm losing then I can tell him what I'm doing and hopefully not get the old "eye roll." LOL! He's really a wonderful guy, but he's seen me try and give up on a few too many things, know what I mean? I really want this to be The Last Thing. Cindy |

about telling those we love, is that they can be about family is that they can be proud of us the whole time, and not just when we have a noticable result.
I'm not married, so the people I tell are my friends and my Mom/brother. They are proud of me, they've seen me say things like this before but this time it really is different. I feel like life is on an upturn .. Keep it up! We'll give you all the polite kicks in the butt you need! Tracey |

Thanks for the encouragement. I kick in the butt will be what I need eventually!
