Last Sunday, after taking my wife and mom to a Mother's Day brunch, I started having an upset tummy. My dog did take me for a nice walk, but I laid down after that and after about an hour I was ready to throw up Roll Eyes. I didn't throw up for several hours, but I stayed in bed most of Monday except for going to the doctor. On Tuesday and Wednesday I stayed home. Although I was able to do some work both days, I wasn't exercising. Went back to my office on Thursday and made it through the day. Felt much better on Friday, and feel even better today. Although there is virtually no change in weight or measurements from last week, I didn't expect to see any change.
SmileHope all of you have a wonderful weekend and great week ahead Wink

but I read that you had gotten the balance log. I also did the resting metabolism rate and was surprised to find that it was 1710. I hope it hasn't changed since my head went into a bummer, and I'm trying to get out of it.
If I can keep the calories down to 1500, I should be losing, but maybe the addition of oxy sizing will help to keep the RMR up there.
I'm retired and in a lot of pain all over, and sleeping is a great problem for me.
I use what they call a C pap machine tht pushes air into your nose, throat which closes and causes me to stop breathing about 75 x an hour.It reduces my oxygen level to 75% at night. Here in lies many fat peoples problems.Sleep Apnea.Plus insommnia.
I'm trying low carb , but not exactly alll atkins. because I can't seem to get going on it.Although I did once and I did great on it.
I hope to make friends here and get encouragement from people who have had some success.
I'm glad to have founfd this board, hope I can help someone if I can give back something.
