Hi all,
I haven't been posting here at all but I do check in now and then just to read. I have L3 and the upper & ab workout, but the last 3 weeks I have committed to doing the commuter everyday as I am on the road about 3 hrs/day, driving to school. I made a great choice in doing it because it doesn't take extra time out of my already BUSY DAY Razz. I also walk and do my breathing when I have time, but is there a walking tape or something??
I don't have stats but I am noticing great changes in my hips, thighs, legs, arms, and my face Big Grin. Its great! Not only that but I notice that I have great energy when I get to school and brain power Wink!! I also have some acne and my face is clearer. I am fitting in to old pants. I almost gave up on losing weight at all, but I have been so happy with my progress, its propelling me in to a slimmer future. Great program Big Grin!! Ta Ta for now.

It's always wonderful hearing a positive report like yours! It sounds like you are pretty busy, but try to come visit with us more often in here. We seem to really have a great group posting these days!

Sounds like you are making great progress! I too use the commuter tape, at least Monday through Friday. I try to also do either the L2 or abs work out, but don't always make it during the week. The commuter tape is thus great for me to use during the week.

I also try to walk 10,000 steps per day. That includes my black lab taking me on a 4-mile walk in about an hour. I also try the deep breathing while I tighten my buns, do a pec press or pull when my dog takes me for walk. (We are able to take walks where no one sees us.) Cool

Have you tried going to a sports store to find a tape to use while walking? Amazon.com also might have something that you could use.
