This was the last week of my 6 week O! trial.
Final total results: Resting Heart Rate down from 84 to 68 beats per minute. Neck down 1/4" Bust down 1/2" Ribcage down 2" Waist down 2-1/2" Hips down 2" Thigh down 1/2" Calf down 1/2" Upper arm down 1/2" Weight, down 3 pounds Definitely not as astounding as some of the results I've seen other people post, but it's a start. Obviously, I'll be continuing to O. My dh finally broke down and gave Oing a try the other day. His muscles were quite sore afterwards and he's no longer making fun of me when I O.
