Well, I took my measurements and weighed in again today and nothing at all changed! At least 5 days a week I'm getting in double the 15 minute workout, and on the other days, I'm at least doing the 15 minute workout and am not seeing very good results! I know I'm breathing correctly as I've watched the instruction video 3 times and got Julie's breathing tips via e-mail...but am a bit disappointed still! I know everyone loses at different paces, and if it were just the weight that wasn't going down, that'd be okay...but I'm not even losing inches! But, don't worry, I'm keeping at it anyway! After reading all the success stories before I bought the program I thought for sure I'd have better results than this. I lost 1/4 inch in my chest a 1/2 in my waist and one pound the first week and then an inch in my thigh the second, and nothing since! If anything I'm doing it more often and better than I did the first week too!

Sorry...just had to vent!

Don't be too discouraged! Sometimes it just takes a little while for your body to get used to it! I've been stuck at the same weight and measurements for 3 weeks! (eeek!) But I'm hoping tomorrows weigh in will change that! Are you doing O with gusto? Breathing in as deep as you can & then trying to get the 3 extra sniffs? Exhaling hard? I know I have been eating too many carbs for the past few weeks which I'm sure is a big factor in why I haven't lost anything! (but at least I didn't gain anything!) I have always been a slow loser! A 1/4 in here and there! But any loss is a good loss! Smile Just hang in there!

Thanks LeeAnn... Smile
I breathe with such gusto that when I breathe in through my nose, my throat hurts after about 10 breaths! Also, I can barely get in the 3 extra breaths. My eating isn't perfect either, but I drink lots of water each day and do watch my portion. I'm not giving up or anything, but I had hoped to finally find something that gave me noticable changes in a month...and you can't tell anything..not even in my face, and I smile big when I breathe in!

Hi Laura,
I just want to encourage you if I can, too. I was hoping for more "dramatic" results, too. WinkBut like Julie says, the experts agree if it's slower coming off, it's better for your body, and you are more apt to keep it off.
I sure feel better anyway, just taking positive steps...or feeling like I'm more in control of what I'm doing to my body.
So now we'll just patiently continue together! SmileSusanna

Thanks Susanna! I know that losing weight slowly is more healthy, but I was at least hoping for more inch loss...but I'll try and be patient! (lol!) Big Grin
