Well, if your clothes are not looser, then I do not see how you could have lost those inches. Are you sure you measured corrctly?? This just does not make sense to me

Congratulations, Dani!I didn't start losing weight till after I had been doing "O" for about 4 months & I started watching what I ate a little bit better. I'm not really dieting, just not eating a lot of sweets, & more fruit & veggies. Your doing GREAT! Keep it up! Fellow "O"er Ellen

So happy for you and your success! You're right--everyone's success is measured in different ways and the weight loss will eventually follow. Not sure if you saw my reply to your question before, "How can you loose inches and no pounds???!!!" but here it is in case you misesd it... "When I did Oxcyise! back in 1999, I dropped 14" and went from a size 12 to a size 8, but only dropped four pounds. That surprised me too. A lot of people I saw thought I couldn't possibly have lost only four pounds since I looked like I had lost about 10+. One thing to remember though is that one pound of fat weighs the same as one pound of muscle, but one pound of fat takes up five times the volume or space as one pound of muscle (e.g. imagine a pound of sand versus a pound of feathers and how much room each takes up). Hope that helps, Dani." Keep on goin', Dani--you're doing great!!! Susan R.

Thanks for the input guys, concerning my comment. I hope I didn't sound harsh....I was just confused. Now I can see that everyone on the program gets results in different ways. After weighing this morning I had not lost an ounce, however one of my tops that I had not worn in almost two months, prior to O, was loose after only one week! Keep up the good work everyone!
