Well, after only 1 week on Oxycise I've lost 1 pound and a tiny bit of inches... I lost 1/4 inch in my chest and 1/2 inch in my waist! Just seeing any loss is good with me, and I've only been doing Oxycise once a day for a week! I may try it twice a day for at least 3-4 times a week and see how that does!

Thanks Helene and Kelly! It does feel good to see progress! I'm trying to rely more on the measuring tape than the scale, but was very happy to see a pound lost!!
