This week my weight went up & the measurements increased from last week. However, still lower than when I started:
Current Change from 1/5/2003 Chest: 41.5 -1.5 Waist: 39 -3 Hips: 43 -1.5 Thigh: 25 -.5 Total change -6.5 weight: 190 -4 Sam |

I can't believe it. I didn't believe it was possible for me, even after reading your testimonies. I thought: I have bad luck, I'll be the rare case for whom it doesn't work. But I have lost 4 pounds this first week!
I hope you all have had the pleasure of a week like this. Sam, since you have 2 thighs, I would go ahead and put yourself at -7 inches Well, off to late breakfast, then for a 30-45 minute walk. Alright Bethel!!! Way to go!!! Doesn't it feel great to find something that works and you don't have to beat your brains out to do? There are so many benefits of Oxycise, even if you don't count the weight and inch loss. It is just a great program and this board is so much help. Keep up the good work! I'm happy for you.
