I have not been a good girl at water or eating so my weight was up a lb this week. I am very disappointed that I may not reach my goal by the 31st of May. I still have at least 5 kilos to go...
Any suggestions? Shelby |

Did you do the 3-day cleanse? I wonder if that would help you reach your goal. Or try Jill's technique of Oxy 5 times a day! I'm pretty sure I couldn't do that yet! Anyway, I'm just glad you're still hanging in there!!!

It's frustrating for sure, Shelby...but there will be weeks where we stay the same or gain..it's just part of the process. Put it behind you..today's a new day and a new week! I'm sure you'll have a much better week!!

Laura's right, Shelby....there will be times that things stay the same or go up. The important thing is to not give in. Look forward and start fresh! Hang in there...we're rooting for you!!

I was going to start the 3 day cleanse & guess what! One of my kids left the freezer door ajar & we had to cook everything up & eat what couldn't be refrozen. Fries for lunch & pizza for supper!YUCK!
It will take awhile but I won't give up. Shelby |
