This week's changes were unexpected considering I struggled a bit with Holiday eating.

Weight: down 3 pounds
Neck: down 1/8 inch
Hips: down 3/4 inch

And I've added a new category to track. I was reading some of the old posts here and someone mentioned a body fat percentage calculator. I found one online. A bit of a shock to see how high mine was, but still fun to track. In 9 weeks of Oing, I've lost 6 percentage points from my body fat.

EmBe, You are doing great! Keep up the good work!
I'm having a hard time sticking with Oing (or anything else healthy for that matter Frown). Doing it sporatically just doesn't get me anywhere, I know. How do you inspire yourself to keep working out?

Hey Becka. Honestly, Oxycise is pretty inspiring all on it's own. The fact that I'm getting results is pretty inspiring. Some people can just tell from how their clothes fit that they're getting fitter. But I love tracking everything: weight, measurements, resting heart rate, body fat percentage. For me it's a rush to see those things improving so keeping a fitness journal is inspiring to me!

The other thing is, O! doesn't take long, and unlike my traditional aerobics videos it's okay when my kiddos keep interrupting me every 5 minutes. I just hit pause and go back to it when I can. So, I don't have to necessarily find a large chunk of time for exercising.

When I'm feeling rundown and sluggish, sometimes it just makes me feel worse to do traditional exercise videos. But O! ALWAYS makes me feel better, no matter what, even if I only finish a few reps. So, on those days when I feel like a big lump and don't want to do anything, I just remind myself that I can do as little Oing as I want as long as I do some and it will still be beneficial. Almost always, once I've started, it's not hard to keep going. Smile

Gee, have I over-answered your question?! Sorry about that. I love O. Big Grin
