"I've been using Oxycise! every night for a week now (I also do a few of the positions during the day in my office when I get tired or my back starts to ache from typing)... I have noticed in this past week that I feel great (people keep asking me why I'm in such a good mood all this week too). I am able to get up without a problem in the morning when my alarm goes off at 5:30 instead of dragging my butt out of bed after hitting the snooze 5 times. I also noticed last weekend that I didn't need to take a nap at 11:30 a.m. after being up for 2 hours!! Here are some great tips from Oxycise! customers

Katarina, who has gone from 153 pounds to 135, shares some things that have helped her:
"I have done Oxycise! since mid March this year about 5 days a week and my body keeps on looking better each month...I am super pleased with the way I look right now. I am 30 years old and 5' 6" tall. By the way, I try to eat only when I am hungry and turn to other sources for comfort than food and I think that has made a huge difference as well. I hope this has helped you."

Angie shares this tip:
"The way I learned the exercises quickly was to go through the introduction where Jill shows how to do them, but I would watch her, get into the correct position, PAUSE the video and then do the exercise right on the spot, then go to the next one and so on. It only took me a couple of days to get all 30 of them down correctly and then I still needed to go slower than the 15 minutes, so I would use the exercise LIST that comes with the video and do them at my own pace. After only about 3 or 4 days, I was able to go straight through the video with Jill at the 15 minute level."

Marie writes:
"Not only is it important to do O! everyday...it is also very important to keep a very positive attitude..have faith that 0xycise! does work and you will see the changes in your body taking place ..some sudden and unexpected and other changes slower but very very real...
