We live in an ever-changing world. As the saying goes, "Change is the only constant." And like it or not, change causes STRESS!

Any kind of change--physical, circumstantial or emotional--can cause stress. Stress is certainly caused by negative events such as illness, death, financial trouble, problems in relationships or at work, etc. But positive events can also cause stress: a big promotion at work, an upcoming wedding, the birth of a new baby, etc.

Some stress is normal, and probably even desirable. Stress motivates us to finish assignments, achieve goals and meet deadlines. But too much stress can cause us to react in unhealthy ways (such as excessive drinking or over-eating) and can lead to health problems such as headaches, tension, ulcers, high blood pressure, and heart attacks, to name a few. Stress sends the triglyceride levels up in the blood, which clogs the capillaries and interferes with oxygen delivery by the red blood cells.

We are all victims of stress to some degree -- and there's no way to escape. But there ARE positive ways of dealing with stress and Oxycise! is one of them! In fact one of the best "side effects" that customers report from doing Oxycise! is the decreased stress they feel.

"Hi Jill,
I have wanted to write to you for a long time. You see, I was at the Trade Center on 9/11. I had to walk down 50 flights of stairs and then run for my life when the towers started coming down. At that time I was 47 years old and 208 pounds.

"After being relocated to a NJ office for my firm I put on another seventeen pounds because I was eating and drinking excessively to dull the pain, bringing my weight to 225 lbs. I then came across an article in my Sunday paper about your program and ordered my tapes and books. This was in February 2003, five months after the 1st anniversary of 9/11. I am now down to 192 lbs -- a loss of 33 lbs and 12 inches, from a size 18 to size 14. I now have a longer commute to work, which includes 10 staircases a day on the MTA trains. Physiologists tell us that we use only 1/5 of our lung capacity -- that's only 20%!!! Why? We sit all day and we're under a lot of stress. We're barely breathing, so what's the result? We're sick, we're tired and we're fat!

The Solution
So what are ya gonna do??? Oxycise! In my videos/books you will learn a very powerful breathing system, combined with flexing and contracting all your major muscle groups -- that anyone can do -- I don't care what your age is, or your fitness level -- you can do this. You will also learn the Oxycise! zero-impact 15-minute workout. That's right, it truly only takes 15 minutes a day -- and you don't even need to do all 15 minutes at once.

What's going to happen to you with Oxycise? You're going to rev up your metabolism, feel great, have lots of energy, and slim, trim, and tone. Remember, you have to have lots of oxygen pumping through your body in order to burn fat.
