We have had some necessary delays during the past few weeks in distributing the OxyChat Newsletter. We recently upgraded to a new listserver, but have had some technical problems getting the "bugs" worked out. We hope to have everything running smoothly soon.

In addition, our email server has changed and we have had problems downloading our email during this past week. We hope that no emails have been lost... but if you fail to receive a response to an email or question, please write to us again.
