I have heard that if you do the same exercise all the time your body will get used to it and eventually it won't be as effective. Does this happen with Oxycise? If so, want can you suggest to slow the lack of effectiveness?

Hi Shari,
I've been doing O for a year now and it is still staying effective. When I've slowed down I have sometimes done 2 a day for awhile. I know that Kelly S. only did 1 a day for six days a week and reached goal. She has maintained her weight loss for several months now.

I do have different levels, which I will occasionally rotate doing. It helps to keep me motivated Big Grin. Probably for helping to maintain effectiveness at losing weight one thing that also helps is to be sure to be drinking your water. When I quit drinking, my weight loss slows way down. Fortunately, I keep loosing inches!!
