I think I hurt myself! I feel dumb because the arm weights didn't seem that heavy, but on the raised arm twists on L 1&2 I think I pulled something. In fact, I didn't stop when I had discomfort. I overdid it because Oxycise shoudn't hurt!!!Now whenever I twist & even the Basic breath hurts. So anyway, so much for zeal. I'll take it easy for a couple days & see......

I did something similar to my back last week. I should have been "listening" more carefully to my body when it said, "OK, that's enough!"
You should feel better in a few days... until then take things a little easy and omit the weights. |
