Hello,
I am new to the "O!" and am very excited about the idea. I had been exercising regularly with The Firm and I loved it. However I moved to a place where there was no room to continue and got way out of shape. I now have my own place again and am ready to change my life. I was just wondering if doing the firm and the O! would be better than doing one or the other. I read somewhere that the reason you cannot just do the basic breath is because you need to work your body to get the oxygen flowing to that place to take out the fat. So my question is: if I do an abs workout with the firm and then follow it with Oxycise would that oxygen then go to my abs and work them better than if I did the breath with all the positions. I'm sorry if this is kinda confusing. I just wanna get this problem taken care of!! Thanks! ~Danielle |

Hi, Danielle--
I believe that Oxy as an exercise offers advantages beyond what you would get from using a workout like The Firm (see the testimonials on this Web site regarding various results). So, if you HAD to pick just one, it would be interesting to see how Oxy affected you vs. just doing The Firm. That having been said, the more, the better, so adding The Firm to the Oxycise workout would only enhance it, in my view. If you did the Oxy workout, you probably WOULD be using the positions (not just doing Oxybreaths), so it's not really a decision of doing The Firm and then doing Oxybreaths vs. doing Oxycise with all the positions. You wouldn't do that. It's just a question of whether you have time to do just one workout, or two. I hope this helps. --Phyllis |
