Since I have been "O"ing for about 2 weeks, noticed that my PMS has decreased greatly and my regular periods which tend to be extremely heavy and painful w/extreme bloating is almost nonexistent. Does "O"ing provide benefits like this? I know it has help my blood pressure and resting heart rate, but this is really strange and I was just wondering if you give me some insight. Thanks Angie

We talked about this recently so you might find something if you do a search. I don't remember all that was said but yes, I have had real improvement as well in this area.

Hi Angie....welcome to Oxycise!

Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) O!Pals thread each day. Oxycise usually helps ease my PMS and TOM....especially when I get cramps.

I have noticed that when I Oxycise consistently, it seems to reduce my appetite. That's a great benefit! I have gained much more flexibility than other stretching exercises. The weight loss for me is very, very gradual. It seems like absolutely nothing happens for me as far as inch loss is concerned, and then suddenly I can measure a month's worth of progress all in one day. This is a good thing to keep in mind for those who don't see immediate results. Also, the symptoms of PMS are not as severe when I Oxycise. Good luck with the program, it works.
