Jill or Julie....when doing the 3 day flushing system described in the book, I just need a little clarification on the juices. Juices like grape & passion fruit....are these supposed to be 100%, no sugar added??? Or will there be some natural sugars listed?

On the optional "Three Day Cleanse" in Jill's "Fuel for Success" book, any fruit juice should be 100% fruit, with no added sugar. |
