Candace, welcome to the board! It's not unusual to experience some lightheadedness when you first learn Oxycise. Just keep trying to draw in all the oxygen you can, and try to also exhale all you drew in. Julie has some very helpful breathing tips posted at the top of this board. Feel free to join us on the daily thread for lots of encouragement and support! |

Hi Candace,
Breathing in deeply without exhaling deeply might cause a feeling of dizziness or "spaciness". Try breathing out longer/with more power/more air volume and see if this fixes the problem! Let us know if this helps! Julie |
