I am new to oxycise. I would like to know what areas on my body I should measure. I want to keep track of my success through weight and inches.
Thanks.

Hi,

I'm kinda new to O also. I did O for a while months ago and I'm trying to come back to O. I'm not sure about how to measure but in other programs I've done you measure the arms, upper weist, mid weist, lower weist and legs. I don't know if this helps maybe you already found the answer.

Choose the areas you want to track and be sure to measure the same place each time. I like to measure my ribcage (just under the bust), waist, hips (at the biggest part), and one thigh (at the biggest part).

Measuring is a great thing to do, it really helps to stay motivated when you see the inches melting off!
