Hi Ivy,
From what I have heard and if I remember correctly through other posts and things Jill has said is that oxycise done 5 mins, in the morning, 5 mins in the afternoon and 5 minutes in the evening is just as effective as doing them all together. I did do that when I was first starting out a couple of years ago and it worked well for me. Hope that helped some. Shelli |
