I'm not really sure how to ask this question, so here goes-
I know in other diet/exercise programs they say the last 5 pounds is the toughest to lose. I have have seen a tapering off of both weight and pound loss as I get closer to my goal. I was just wondering if this was a problem that either you or Jill has seen beforee and what she reccomends. I am VERY thankful that O has worked so far in helping me shed both unwanted weiiight and inches, more inches than I could have imagined and acheived with any other program. Thanks Jill !! Sue |

Hi Suebee,
Congratulations for being so close to your goal! I would first recommend that you get a body fat percentage test done -- try to use the best quality equipment available, most likely at a local gym or health club. If your body fat percentage is already within the "excellent" range for your age, you probably don't need to lose additional weight. Wouldn't that be great?! (Keep in mind that a well-toned, muscular body will weigh more than a less-muscular body of the same size.) If your body fat percentage is within the "excellent" range, it really doesn't matter what your scale says! On the other hand, if you're sure that you still need to take off a few pounds, you might need to "zap" your body into cooperating by increasing your Oxycise! sessions to 2 or more per day and keeping your eating healty. Let us know if this helps! Julie |
