I have been doing o for 2 weeks. First week lost 3 lbs./and 3inches. 2nd week started to really hurt in my lower stomach (abs?). Not been sick but now I hurt more than doing 100 crunches. Had to get heatpad, go to bed, miss work and am scared to do o. even though I know I was breathing right. Not getting dizzy & it was working. Why do I HURT so bad it's almost like a cramp. I'm long past the age of cramps. Scared to do the o now even tho I believe it will work. It takes me an hour to do 3sniffs/3puffs and breathes like basic says. I can never keep up with video. Why does it take so long and hurt my ribs and stomach so badly. Can I do o?

Hi,
I'm on vacation, but happened to have access to a computer today.

Since some time has passed since you posted, how are you feeling now? Hopefully the cramping and pain you were feeling has passed.

It sounds like you may be over-working your abs since you mentioned that it's taking you an hour to do the workout?

It's fine to do more than one workout per day, but it's best to build up your endurance slowly rather than starting out with an hour (the equivalent of 4 workouts) all at once.

This is the most likely reason for your soreness. I would suggest limiting your time to just 10 or 15 minutes at a time, even if you can only get through a few reps.

I hope this helps!

Julie
