I just finished 6 weeks @ level 1 Big Grin, and do not have any trouble doing all of the level 1 exercises. I'm curious how the level 2 & 3 differ, and if you can give me any suggestions on when I should move to different level.
Thanks,

Sam Smile

You don't "have to" purchase additional videos in order to be successful with Oxycise! If you breathe with lots of air and power, you can get a great workout with any level.

But the advanced levels are designed to increase flexibility and strength with new body positions.
And many people like the variety of doing different workouts from day to day.

Opinions vary as to which workout is the "best". (Perhaps our readers could comment about their own personal favorites?)

I took advantage of last week's special & got the Level II & Abs/Upper Body tapes. I used the Abs tape yestereday & the Level II today, and am glad that I got them. The extra stretching & new positions are great.
