Hello Jill. I would like to know if there are any flowing type of standing or moving low impact type of stretches for the full body while breathing w/o using the chair work-outs. they hurt my right arm which has had chronic tendenitis for years and I am not very light to lift myself with my arms either. Do you have a video out with something like that? Other than that I love the breathing concept? Want to learn more of the things I can do in addition to the breathing techniques, because most of the chair exercises hurt. Thanks. Teri P.S. I am very interested (once I get the hang of the better) in being an ambassador). We intend to use your oxycise videos for our church group which emphasizes health for the body, soul, and spirit. Did you know wind and breath mean the same thing as "spirit" in the Greek? We want to combine oxycise with breathing in the spirit in worship music. Thanks Jill! My church program is called Harmony of Wholeness. Teri

I'm Julie, assistant to Jill.

It's great to hear that you are enjoying Oxycise!

I'm sorry the chair positions are causing you discomfort. If you find that any body position is painful, modify the position or omit it and substitute a different position. You may find that you are able to add more difficult positions as your flexibility increases. But feel free to "pick and choose" the positions that work best for you.

Other customers have commented that they have created their own "customized" Oxycise! workout by combining favorite positions from several different workouts.

For best results use lots of air and energy and really work your muscles as you do Oxycise! -- regardless of which positions you are doing.

Our "Easy Does It" workouts were originally designed for our senior customers. They are more slow-paced and "user friendly" with more simple body positions, and no floor positions or kneeling positions. Yet you will still get a great workout by breathing fully and deeply and working your muscles.

All of our workouts are non-impact, so all body positions are done in place. But you are welcome to combine the Oxycise! Basic Breath with other types of movement if you wish. Many customers report that they have done the Basic Breath while doing other activities like walking, hiking, and lifting weights...to name a few.

Please write back if you have additional questions!

Smile Julie
