Which of the exercises would benefit the loss of fat around the knee area?

Any of the leg exercises would be good. I have had quite a bit of fat in that area & I did not concentrate on it at all & it is starting to disappear & my legs are really firming up. Weights seem to give the legs an extra work out IMHO.

Shelby, thanks for your advice. I've notice from your many post that you are very experienced in the Oxycise program.

Oxycise really helps firm things up all over! As for fat loss- I wish I could control where the fat comes off. I would love to keep some in the bust, and would love for my belly and rear to disappear right now. But our own bodies seem to be in control of what comes off when it "wants" to. It all eventually comes off- but it has been really helpful for me to measure in a lot of places so that I can see it coming off even when I don't see my waistline reducing as fast as I want. Good luck!

Any Oxycise! you do will help fight fat and tone muscles. Your own body will determine which areas burn off stored fat first.

Keep on Breathin' and be very consistent.

Meg,
I am not all that experienced but I love Oxycise and I see for the first time real weight & inch loss. It is the only way to go as far as I am concerned.

I talked extensively with a physical therapist before starting O! & she stressed the importance of oxygen & toning the trunk area. When I saw O! on tv,both my husband & I said"This thing will work". And it has. I've lost 13 kilos & LOTS of inches. When I lose more I will send Julie a photo of me in my favorite jean skirt that literally floats on me! I cannot wear it anymore.

My timer just went off!
