I know it worked for me since I used it about 4 years ago, lost 25 pounds and have kept it off. I am now returning to it to firm up.

Hi J. Michael! It's nice hearing from one of the men that does Oxycise. I've been posting on the board for close to 3 years and haven't seen that many men post.

Which reminds me....what happened to "Sam" who use to post his results each week? Does anyone remember when he last posted?

I hope you'll keep posting. It might encourage some of the other guys to post, also.

Kelly

That is very encouraging to hear that you have kept it off. Over the holidays,3 kilos crept back on but the ulk of my loss so far is staying off too (10 kilos.)

I changed my eating habits. I start off each day with a 12 ounce glass of water, avoid sugary treats and try to have a non-carb dinner. Instead of rice or a potato, I have two veggies. It seems to work.

This sounds like a good plan. In any case I can never eat like I did before & stay slim!

Wish we had more men join our discussions!

We DO have a number of male customers.... many of these are husbands who have been converted to Oxycise! by seeing the positive changes in their wives.

We also have a webpage of Success Stories "For Men Only" at www.oxycise.com/FAQ/menonly.htm

We'd love to add your own "Oxycise! story" to that page if you care to send it our way with a statement giving us permission to use your comments.

Welcome back to Oxycise!

Thank you Julie for the response. I did send in a success story prior to the year 2000, but I am sure I can put something more current together.
