I have allergies and when I started doing Oxycise I was feeling like I was not getting enough oxygen. After a workout I would be very light headed.
I started to use Breathe Right Nasal Strips and can workout with out any problems.
Do you think the nasal strips will have any affect on my results?

Hi Jane,
If you find that the "Breathe Right" strips help you take in more air, feel free to use them.

Ideally, the "smile" should help open the nasal passages, but there is no problem using the strips for some extra help.

PS: For those who are suffering from colds or other nasal congestion it is also perfectly fine to breathe through your mouth or a combination of mouth and nose, if you feel you are not getting enough air.
