Kirstine, any idea when the new L1 and L2 DVDs will be available to purchase, and if we can look forward to an L5 anytime soon? I was also wondering that the pricing will be like, and if we can expect the same positions as the old L1 and L2-

Hi Helene,

We are hoping to have the new DVD's available within the next couple of weeks. The updated DVD workouts will include the same positions as the old Level One and Two. The workouts will be led by Aubrey, Jill Johnson's daughter.

I do not know of any plans to create a Level Five workout in the immediate future.
