I have all the regular O DVD's, but they all make you get on the floor. I would like to have one I can do at work during lunch that can be done sitting or standing. Does the Easy Does it one put you on the floor at all? I have made up stretches myself and just done the breath with them but I do better following a tape to get it all in. I know it says you don't kneel or lay on the floor but do you have to sit on the floor - I would not want to sit on the floor.
The Easy Does It Series workouts do not have any positions that require you to get down on the floor. They are all done sitting in a chair or standing.
