Which oxycise move is the best for toning up the waist area. I have all 3 of Jill's videos but would like to concentrate on my waist after just having a baby.

I have been doing Abs & Upper Body O! for
5 weeks now and didn't think I was seeing any real results...however last night I wore a pair of 6p jeans and everyone marveled at how slim I looked..so I am sold on O! I have always had a thick waist and there is one particular exercise where you sit back on your heels & lean to each side, and Jill says this is to get rid of the love handles. |
