Hi, I just did the exercise for the first time and when I blew out it hurt my shoulder blades. Am I doing it wrong?

Hi Judyski,
It sounds like you may need to try Oxycising with a little less intensity. You also might try gradually increasing the amount of reps you're doing each day. Don't push yourself - allow your body to gradually adjust to the different stretching positions. You will also want to make sure that you are positioning your body properly in each position. You can review the Body positions demonstration to be sure. It just may be that you need to do the breathing with a little less gusto until your body adjusts. Remember that you can modify any position or eliminate one and double up on another if any of the positions are causing pain. I hope this helps! I wish you great success with the Oxycise! program.
