Hi, I've been doing o for almost 2 weeks now. I have been using the commuter cd and usually do 10 positions at a time, but I do them 3x a day. (the full 30). I know the book says you don't have to do them together, but do you have to do a certain amount at one time to see fat loss? I imagine just doing 1 rep and taking a break will not result in much, but I'm not sure.
Since doing o, I have no change in my weight or measurements, but I havent' started watching my food yet. Thanks for the help! Patti |

Hi Patti,
Congratulations on starting Oxycise! You are doing a great job in being consistent and making Oxycise! a daily habit! Jill feels that ANY reps you do, whether all at once, or "here and there" will help. And the more you can do, the better. The Commuter Routine is a great way to energize and de-stress as you travel to or from work. And if you are breathing with lots of air and abdominal power, you will burn extra calories and get a great ab workout. We have received emails from customers who say they have gotten nice results doing primarily the Commuter Routine. So keep doing what you're doing! If you want to burn even more calories, it would be even better if you can fit in a few of the regular workouts during the week, along with your Commuter routines. The reason is that the regular routines are "full body" workouts, in which you will be using all the muscle groups in your body instead of just a few. Many of our "Success Story" stars did not see weight loss or inch loss in the first few weeks either. So don't give up! Do begin looking for ways to make small positive changes in your lifestyle. Start to think about the choices you make each day regarding the foods you eat and the portion sizes you consume. Ask yourself, "Am I really hungry?" (Or am I just bored or worried, or maybe just thirsty...or something else?) Jill's book, "Fuel for Success" addresses some of the psychological issues of over-eating, and unhealthy habits that may have been ingrained in us when we were children. It takes time to substitute bad habits with good ones, but it can be done! Every Oxycise! rep you do, and every choice you make for better health really will pay off down the road! Keep up your good work! Julie |
