Hi
I threw out my back at the beginning of the summer and it's finally healing. Right now all I can manage is the breathing while sitting on an ice pack; will that give me results?
Also, once my back heals completely and my dr gives me the ok, what are some good positions / tapes to start w/? The issue is with my lower back.

Hi Pam,

The main purpose of Oxycise! is to provide your body with lots of extra oxygen. So the breathing itself is the most important part of the Oxycise! workout. I have heard from Oxycise! users who have seen great results doing just a few positions that they prefer, or just doing the lying down positions for example. Please keep in mind though that in order to achieve your best results, it is important to do the complete Oxycise! workout which incorporates the breathing technique with the flexing and contracting of all your major muscle groups.

I am sure you will see positive changes in your body by doing just the breathing. When just doing the breathing alone, I encourage you to really focus on tightening and contracting your muscles during each breath.

Oxycise! is a great program for people with back injuries. We hear of many chiropractors that recommend the program to their clients. Just be sure to watch the Body Positions Demonstration at the end of the workout to be sure you are aligning your body properly.

Check out our success stories from Oxycise! users who have seen an improvement in back pain:

Please let me know how you progress!
