I have noticed some people say that they use Oxycise twice a day, either back to back or morning and evening. Does it speed results doing it twice a day or does it just make you feel better. If you do see improved results by doing it twice a day, which is better: Back to back or at separate times?

The more Oxycise! you do, the faster you should see results. It really doesn't matter if you do back-to-back workouts or spread them out at different times of the day.

Jill Johnson once did FIVE workouts per day during a two-week period. (She doesn't normally do that many, but she had just returned from a vacation and had gained 5 pounds. She knew she had a photo session coming up in 2 weeks and she wanted to take off the extra weight.) So she did something like 2 back-to-back workouts in the morning, 2 in the early afternoon, and another one later in the day. By eating healthy and following this routine she lost 7 pounds.

So it's safe to do Oxycise! as often as you want.
