My name is Shelli and I did Oxycise years ago with fantastic success, however over the years I stopped and put back on a lot of weight. I am 70lbs over weight and now I am pregnant. I am terrified that I will have back problems, and be out of shape during this pregnancy. I remember reading that Jill did do oxycise during her pregnancy. I have been told by my doctor that I can start oxycise, however I am 4 months pregnant and every time I do oxycise I start to cramp. Do you know if anyone else has had this problem? And did they continue doing oxycise? And is it good to start oxycise when you are already 4 months pregnant?
I would love to hear from people who have done oxycise while they were pregnant. Thanks so much! Shelli |

Hi Shelli,
We have many customers who have used Oxycise! during pregnancy. We also have some testimonials posted on our website at http://www.oxycise.com/Success/oxymoms.htm The best scenario, of course, is to already be doing Oxycise! when you get pregnant. But we realize that not everyone fits that description. We always recommend that expectant mothers follow their own doctor's advice since each pregnancy is different. Some doctors do not want patients beginning any new exercise program during pregnancy. Jill advises using common sense. The cramping you feel may be due to some straining of the ligaments that support the uterus, but I would definitely ask your doctor about it. You may feel more comfortable if you try combininge walking with the Oxycise! breathing. Best Wishes! Julie |
