HI, I am back and must say that Oxycise is truly working! Let me explain: I will soon be 73 and was weighing 172 and felt like a 6month pregnant woman! OY! Most of my weight is in the upper body; very little in hips and legs and legs are what I call 'bird' legs. They also possess arthritis knees and muscle sheath irritation BUT I truly do NOT need to lose weight from my legs.
Tone, yes; lose, no!
I started on a healthy eating program on June 20th with hopes of losing 20 pounds by Christmas...and to me that would be great because I have been told it is harder to lose when one is Senior Smile + hypoactive.
Well, I started out at 172 pounds and by June 30, I was 168, then I waffled between 166 and 168 until I began Oxycise on July 1oth.....just the breathing. I think it was around the 12th that my Easy Does it Tapes came and I have diligently done my 30 reps and am now......are you ready......drum roll!!!!......weighing in this morn at 163!!!!!! WOW!
I attribute it to Oxycise and the healthy eating but mostly Oxycise.
QUESTION: the Easy Does It has 3 segments; the first 2 are do-able for me with my painful legs, but segment 3 is, for the moment, not that good for me. My legs are hurting something fierce......so
CAN ONE DO SEGMENT 1, 2 and then repeat SEGMENT 1 to get the 30 reps
or
CAN ONE DO SEGMENT 1, 2 and then just use the breathing [10 reps] for Segment 3?
I do Segment 1 in the morning; segment 2 in the early pm and had been doing Segment 3 around 7 pm.......
OR ????
I will NOT stop doing Segments 1, 2 but need help regarding 3.
thank you! and oh, wow....pray I continue> I feel so much better but I must admit I get fatigured more than norm. that is probably due to the dratted hypothroid....right? Yet my face is thinner and people have noticed already. And I do believe my arms are losing that 'old age' wrinkles!

HI.
Great Job! I think as long as you do the 30 reps it doesn't matter which positions you do. Maybe you could do segment 1 twice then segment 2 once and then switch the next day and do segment 1 once and segment 2 twice. Jill says in her book that it's the breathing that's most importat. Keep up the great work. Smile
