I have been using Oxycise Level 1 for about a week. I just ordered the book and it's on the way. But I have a question I've wondered about since starting Oxycise: where did Jill come up with the actual Oxycise breath? yoga? dance? singing techniques? physiological genius? ( ) Or, was it a long process of trial and error? I know how she came to the discovery of oxygen burning fat; I was just wondering how she came up putting that into application.
Julie, All of us who have prepared for a daughter's wedding know how busy and stressed you must be. But the end result is great. At least that was the case with my daughter and her marriage since. Congratulations and hope all goes very well. When you ask about the origins of Oxycise breath, would you be able to find out if there is a possibility of Jill writing some new word of encouragement in the Oxychat Message Room every 6 weeks or so? I t would be nice to still hear from her on occasion. Ruth
