It's normal for one breast to be slightly larger. This is the case with most women.
But unfortunately there are no exercises that will effectively enlarge or diminish the size of the breasts -- or change the size of one or the other. The breasts are largely composed of fatty tissue, so when you lose or gain weight, the size of your breasts will most likely change. But your own body (and genetics) will dictate which fat stores in your body get used up and how much your breasts are affected. Sometimes the skin can recover quite well, even after being stretched through weight gain or childbirth. But the stretchiness of skin varies from one person to another.... some people get stretch marks and others don't. Some people seem to "shrink up" quite nicely, even after losing large amounts of weight. But others may need surgery to have extra skin removed. Have you already reached your "goal" size? If so, the best way to make a significant change in the size of your breasts would be through surgical intervention, namely breast reduction or enhancement by a qualified plastic surgeon. Take care!
