SmileHey Jersey girl..I agree with Susanna, O will reshape everything. I think my legs have never looked better. I can actually see muscle now. I'm working on my triceps now. I hate waving twice when I wave Roll Eyes goodbye .
I think you will enjoy the tapes. Just stick with it and don't give up if you don't see immediate results. Some of us take longer than others. We're all different. Stick with us. Post often and we'll help you along. Go to the D2L thread. There will be lots of encouragement. I can't wait until you tell us about your new shorts! Wink Jeans

Hi Jersey girl,
Do you have more muscular calves than average, or do you feel that you have excess fat in this area?

How much weight do you estimate that you would like to lose?

Well I weigh 195 i'd like to lose about 30-35 lbs i carry most of my weight from the hips below, having done body flex with pretty good results I am very excited about oxycise,I did the level one tape today felt pretty good, and I like the fact that I can sit and watch tv and practice the breathing, getting all those steps in was challanging but I l'm up for it. I once weihed 250 and went down to 175 with Bodyflex and dieting, i already feel that O is going to be much better for me all I can say is THANKS Smile

I think you will be happy with your results!

Don't expect instant, "overnight" results -- success does take time and work. But do watch for gradual improvements that may happen in many areas: firmer muscles, more endurance, better sleep, inch loss, even lower heart rate, improved cholesterol and blood pressure, to mention a few.

Best of luck to you -- let us know how you are doing!
