In the past people interested in becoming certified as Oxycise! Instructors had to travel to Denver and attend all-day training and testing
sessions for a couple of days.

But Jill is now working on a video training program that would allow more people to become instructors, without leaving home. Jill hopes to have this program developed in the next year.

Julie:

Could you email me more details about becoming an instructor? Mainly interested in the costs of the workshop, and the time it actually takes. I'm considering the investment and don't want to wait for the video to come out.

Thanks,
Tracey

I'm sorry, but the workshops are no longer available. This is why Jill is working on a home study version of the Instructor Training course.

I didn't do a very good job of explaining this earlier --Sorry!

Hi Julie -

It's been a couple years since I originally posed this question but I wanted to find out if any progress has been made?

Is Jill still working on a video for instructors or was this project discontinued?

Thanks,
Tracey

Tracey,
there really hasn't been any progress in the direction of home study Oxycice Instructor training. I believe this idea has been abandoned. But if anything changes we'll let everyone know.

The "Ambassador" program is your next-best bet, for sharing Oxycise! with friends and family and making some extra money on the side. Our website has more information about this program.

Thanks for writing, Tracey!

Kirstine..I would like to teach Oxycise! to seniors and people with chronic illness in my town. It dawned on me that after doing it for 10+ years that it would be a perfect fit for me!

I see that Tracey has brought this subject up over the years and I am wondering if anything has changed over time?

Thanks Kirstine for reading my posting.

Cheers!

Nancy

Hi Nancy,

I believe I emailed you regarding this question but wanted to post the reply for anyone else with the same question.

At this time Jill is not offering any certification classes. She has said that it is fine to "share" or teach Oxycise! to others as long as you do not represent yourself as an employee of Oxycise! or as a certified instructor.

The best way to teach the breathing would be to have the group watch Jill's Introduction tape or DVD. If we can help in any way, please feel free to email us at info@oxycise.com.

Thank you!

Kirstine
