I have had the Level one VHS for quite sometime just strting up again.
Just one question:
Do I have to diet to make this work?
I was under the assumption you can eat what you normally eat(common sense do not over eat)but generally just eat your breakfast lunch dinner snacks etc but this breathing technique still will work on losing the inches and pounds.
Is this accurate?

Becky I would say as long as you are not overeating. You have to remember, calories in, calories out creates weight loss but if you are not reducing your calorie intake I would say it would be a good way to just maintain yourself. I would tend to believe though that you will still lose some inches and tone everything up. Drink lots of water to keep your hydration level and metabolism working well. Good luck

Yes I do tend to over eat..but healthy..most of the time..I do need more water that is a given.
I just remember Jill saying no dieting on this program..but we all should eat only when hungry to full...and keep breathing.

Oops sorry Mary...... Didn't mean to send you to the dogs so to speak... I just figured your name was probably Becky. You know what they always say, never ASSUME it only makes a you know what out of you! LOL. Give Oxy a try without any kind of "dieting program" and see what kind of results you get!

You are correct - Jill does not believe in dieting and believes that dieting is actually what causes obesity. You are also correct that you can eat what you normally eat and lose weight with Oxycise! (using common sense of course).

Jill promotes listening to your body and treating it well. She recommends eating lots of oxygen rich foods and it is also important to drink lots of water. The book Fuel for Success explains more of Jill's own philosophies for healthy eating.

I will google oxygen rich foods and keep doing her tapes..I did it this AM.
