Hi, i recently started doing Oxycise! about a week ago. I did already loose some inches, very excited about that!
The question that i have for you is, when i had my youngest daughter i had a c section. Since then i have had lots of trouble rebuilding the muscles in that area. Before i had her i didn't have great abs but my tummy was smaller and my muscles were firmer. What can i do to regain control of that area? Also I am recovering from a lower back injury and that hasn't helped at all either! Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated! Vanessa |

I'm not Julie or Jill but I have had 6 kids & can say that just the Oxy breath itself will really help you tone up. You need to persevere & do it right & be patient,which is my downfall.
Here in France one gets free physical therapy to help tone up the tummy & perineam (sp?) after childbirth & mine really stressed correct breathing that was similar to O!. HTH Shelby |
