I have just come back from the beach where I sat under a palm tree reading my Fuel for Success, could you tell me if I am reading this wrong but on page 20 it gives a baked potatoe a 4,which would make it a "A"food, but if you look at the list for "B"foods it is there and not in the "A" group,do you know which it is,I am hoping it is in the "A" group!!!!dyfed.

I've loaned out my book, so I can't look at the page you've referenced. However, I do remember that potatoes are in the "B" list.

Kelly is correct, potatoes are "B" foods (starches and complex carbs)

I think you must have discovered an error on page 20, where it gives a baked potato a score of 4. (Should be 3 points)
