It's me again with another question...

I was wondering if there has been an update to the commuter routine. I have the cassette tape and I was noticing today that there is at least one mess up on my tape. Perhaps I have an old one. I thought about purchasing the download online but I didn't want to if it is the same. Thank you for your time and attention. : )

The On the Go Commuter Routine has not been updated. We now offer it in CD format and also have it available to download in mp3 format, but the routine has not been updated.
