Hi Oxycise Team! I just started and although I know that the amount of calories I burn during a workout depends on how much I weigh...I found a list of activities that show the number of calories burned per hour. Is there a number of calories burned per hour for O!?

Kate, that question has been asked a lot. I think it depends on how hard you work at it and how long. I used to mark down about 150 calories burned when I was doing WW.

On this page, look for Find and type in Calorie Count doing oxycise and hit search. You'll find a few posts on the subject.

Good luck.

Hi Kate,

The amount of calories burned depends on your effort and gusto while doing Oxycise! If you do it mildly, then track your calories as you would if you were walking.

If you Oxycise! with lots of power and gusto, then you can typically multiply the amount of calories you would burn while riding a stationary bicycle at a somewhat aggressive level by 1.4 to arrive at an estimate of what you are burning while doing Oxycise!

Remember that powerful breathing combined with real muscle work will make your workouts most effective!

I hope this helps!
