Does it matter if I breath through my mouth instead of my nose? I have problems with my sinuses and have had surgery on them and have been told to gently breath through my nose from surgery on. I know you said breathing through the nose will warm the air going into the lungs, but I have been "O"ing breathing through my mouth and haven't had any problems. What do you think?

Hi Becka,
Feel free to breathe through your mouth, or both mouth and nose, if needed.

Jill has given this same advice to customers who are trying to Oxycise! their way out of a cold, deviated septum, etc.

If dryness becomes a problem, take frequent sips of water, or consider using a humidifier in the same room during your workout.

Happy Breathing!
