I oxcysized for about 2 months and quit because I saw no results. I am determined to try again with a video explaining the breathing techniques. Which one should I get? I am 48 and the beginning videos look like they are for the elderly.

Have you tried the introduction video that comes with the Level 1? You can get it cheap from Ebay. There's always lots of copies being auctioned off. (I know because I'm constantly looking for Level 2 and all I can find is intro plus level 1) Or is that the one that you think looks like it is for the elderly?
